Pacon Primary Chart Pad, White, 1" Ruled Short Way, 24" x 36", 100 Sheets

I bought this chart pad for my 21 month old great nephew. He has been creating wonderful works of art on walls and floors. Now, he loves his chart pad! If some of his work goes off of chart pad and on to floor he will say,"Oh, no." He knows his work needs to stay on chart. Finally, we can display his work when he is done. He loves that, too.

I did not expect the color to be similar to that of newsprint, but if you use bold enough marker colors, they can be seen quite well from across the classroom!

It is a very reasonable price for 100 sheets of chart paper. I use this paper for anchor charts to post in my classroom. I do not keep paper on the pad once i have used it, so kids can use it for a reference. Therefore the binding does not bother me.

I was looking for a flipchart that was reasonably priced, with a lot of paper. It does have a large surface area. I was disappointed with how flimsy the flipchart was. It could not stand up on an easel. The cardboard backing was not strong at all. I will definitely use the paper, but will need to clip pages to a marker board or tape pages of it to a wall in order to use it. It's so big that it's difficult to transport or store.

We bought these for our elementary teachers and PTSA. It wasn't quite what we expected simply because the binding doesn't seem to be strong enough. The paper itself and lines were all fine. We liked the quanity that you get for the cost. It's just not great because some of the papers release from the binding instead of staying together until torn off. That makes it difficult to manage and store. I would recommend this only with fair warning to the buyer.

I can use this as posters for my lessons.

It would be 5 stars, if the packaging was good. All folded, deform, first few pages completely not useable. Otherwise, I would recommend to others. Packaging method must change...

Pacon has been a staple in my classroom, so this product surprised me. It came all wadded up in the box; it stays crinkled forever. If you try to take a sheet off, it rips in the middle. This is not what a teacher has in mind when thinking "chart paper." It makes anchor charts look dull. If you cut and glue elements from your lesson on it - they are noticeably different from the chart paper. The best use for this, in my estimation, is like a spare tire... use it until you can get a real one.

do NOT purchase this item. It came folded in thirds(for shipping) no cover to protect the paper, and an edge was ripped. I returned it.

Our second grade just received this chart paper shipment. The binding is not strong enough to keep the papers together. One whole chart paper pad was completely separated from its binding and squished into one of the bottom corners. It is a very dingy white color. Not bright white. Very disappointed.
