Best when need a quick relief
If you have pain biofreeze is the way to go. I've been using for over 10 years. My old chiropractor used it in a gel when massaging my joints and I found fast result. I recommend this and the spray for an almost quick relief. This isn't gonna necessarily cure you, but will help you you should still see a Dr.

Amazing
Sciatica pain relief. Biofreeze got thru 4 months of back pain when big pharm didn't seem to help at all. Spray it on after a hot shower or bath while the skin pores are open and get relief right away. I keep Biofreeze on hand at all times
