Pair of 20 Inches Olympic Dumbbell Handles Loadable Bars for 2-inch Weight Plate

These are are pair of 2" Olympic loadable dumbbell handles, each weighing 10 lbs, and including spring clips. I've only put 20lbs of plates on it each handle (because that's all I have thanks to the pandemic), but if it fails when my 10 and 25 lb plates arrive I'll update this review to let you all know. The knurling on the grips is very effective at helping you hold on to the weight, but it's a little too hard on my hands so I wear gloves. There is also a sort of knurling, but 1 directional, on the collars too. It seems to help keep the weights from moving around much, and it makes it a little harder to get them on and off. Nothing serious though, and it doesn't seem to harm the plates at all. The collars are wide enough to accommodate probably two 45 lb plates and the clamps on each side, so you could use this as a barbell replacement if using a barbell to bench and overhead press hurts your shoulders as it does mine. The price is a little high, but still reasonable compared to others I've seen. You don't want to buy a pair of $50 hollow core handles and have them break on you, and as the description here says these are solid core. DEFINITELY spring for the expedited shipping if available, I had two sets of 4 plates each "lost" while being shipped from Pennsylvania and Florida. In the current environment you want easily sold goods such as these to spend as little time as possible sitting in a warehouse. Pending a month of lifting with 150 pounds on each handle, consider it worth a buy.

These are well made and strong. i have 110lbs on each and feel confident they won't fall apart on me. Price is fair and I think these arrived a day early too.
