Typical Clint Eastwood Western
This movie is a takeoff from the Alan Ladd "Shane" movie classic with a few twists and change of venue, but pretty much the same. Not in the same league as "Shane" but I do enjoy watching Eastwood clean out the bad guys in his usual style. I also confess that I have watched it several times and always enjoy it. That's probably enough said by me. I'm really into westerns and profess to be a "good ending" lover.

Great Western Epic
This movie has a similar plot to "High Planis Drifter". The are some very subtle supernatural touches. The produxtion values afre great. The acting is solid. The timing is spot on. The disappointing part of this movie is the lack of bonus features. The features consist of two trailers for Clint Eastwood westerns and an advertsment for a Warner Brothers website.

Great movie
Great movie, great story. Clint Eastwood plays a pastor who rides into a mining town being harassed by some ruffians.
