i don't know what it is with my hair and conditioner, but not all work. some really leave my hair feeling like i didn't condition it at all no matter how much i may apply. i couod get by using a half pump of this conditioner, just a little dollop, and it always makes my hair immediately smooth and easily detanglable. i don't know what it is about this specific conditioner but it's amazing, and if you notice that your hair is stubborn to many conditioners that you try and you feel like the job should be done better, go ahead and give this a try. my hair is dry at the ends, bleached, and wavy and i've used this even back when i had virgin hair, and still use it now because it continues to make my hair feel great and manageable.

I've been using moisture renewal shampoo and conditioner for years but here recently the conditioner is so thick! It just sits on top of my hair. At first I thought I got a bad or tainted bottle so I went to a different store and purchased a different size bottle. Same thing its sooooo thick..and all around different...Has the formula changed?

They messed with the ingredients and lost so many loyal customers. This was my HG conditioner for years but not it doesn't moisturize as well and it doesn't smell the same. Hair feels much more dry and it smells weird after being outside. Kinda like a wet dog smell. It never did this before. I saw a lot of people saying the problem is the glycerin they added, but there's also sodium chloride now too, PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!

I am extremely disappointed in the reformulation of the daily moisture renewal conditioner. I don't like the texture or the behavior and stopped using it after a month. While it says “72 hour softness” on the label, I find that my hair went dull and listless the next day, or even the same day, something that never happened with the previous version even over several days. It was also flyaway and tangled easily. I do approve of removing color and fragrance, since I doubt yellow #5 and red #33 are necessary for hair health, but otherwise, please bring back the previous formula!!

I have used and LOVED this conditioner for a long time. I've used and loved this conditioner for years. I had hoped the change was primarily packaging, but no! This version is thick and gummy, very hard to distribute through my hair and does nothing to condition it. Sadly, I am looking for something new.

I have used Pantene Daily Moisture Renewal shampoo and conditioner for many years. I have very long hair and the conditioner was the only one I have found that really helped my hair. Unfortunately, the new formula is terrible. It is like a thick glue that sits on top of the hair and does nothing to help detangle. Please bring back the old formula!

I used this product for years and loved it. However, Pantene recently switched to a new formula, and it's not close to the same. While it used to make my hair shiny, silky, smooth and tangle-free, this new formula does a while lot of nothing. Hair is course, dull and tangles easily after using the shampoo and conditioner. Sad to have to chance products after so many years of use.
