[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this conditioner is great after using the same shampoo. Definitely makes your hair refreshed and shiny and smelling good. You only need a very small amount for your hair. And the shampoo and conditioner together your hair smells great

I have used this conditioner for at least the last 15 years. I have absolutely loved it all these years and have refused to try anything else. I just have thick curly hair and it's always left my hair silky smooth. HOWEVER i will not be buying anymore. I don't know what's up with the new formula but my hair has never felt more dry and disgusting after the shower. It does not at all make my hair feel or look moisturized. It actually left my hair kind of crunchy and I know it's the conditioner because I never use any product in my hair besides shampoo (also moisturize renewal) and conditioner. I'm severely disappointed. I do not know why you would ever ruin a good thing. The texture of the conditioner itself is also not smooth and creamy and more so it feel gross going on my hair. Honestly felt like it left my hair more gross after the shower than it was prior to actually taking the shower and I only wash my hair once a week if that. If y'all bring back the old formula I'm all for it but for now, I'm stuck trying to find something that is comparable to the old formula. Such a waste of money to buy the new and just disappointing that they thought the formula even needed to be changed

I have used and LOVED this conditioner for a long time. I've used and loved this conditioner for years. I had hoped the change was primarily packaging, but no! This version is thick and gummy, very hard to distribute through my hair and does nothing to condition it. Sadly, I am looking for something new.

I have used Pantene Daily Moisture Renewal shampoo and conditioner for many years. I have very long hair and the conditioner was the only one I have found that really helped my hair. Unfortunately, the new formula is terrible. It is like a thick glue that sits on top of the hair and does nothing to help detangle. Please bring back the old formula!

I used this product for years and loved it. However, Pantene recently switched to a new formula, and it's not close to the same. While it used to make my hair shiny, silky, smooth and tangle-free, this new formula does a while lot of nothing. Hair is course, dull and tangles easily after using the shampoo and conditioner. Sad to have to chance products after so many years of use.

They messed with the ingredients and lost so many loyal customers. This was my HG conditioner for years but not it doesn't moisturize as well and it doesn't smell the same. Hair feels much more dry and it smells weird after being outside. Kinda like a wet dog smell. It never did this before. I saw a lot of people saying the problem is the glycerin they added, but there's also sodium chloride now too, PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!
