[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So FIRST I want to start with the scent which is amazing and I've been getting compliments on how good my hair smells I've been using the shampoo and conditioner together for a couple months now and my hair feels and looks so much healthier I normally use Pantene already but this is a new type of Pantene I wanted to try for the winter months when my head and scalp is much dryer than the summer and I'm extremely pleased I did! I've been recommending it to everyone I know and everyone loves how good my hair looks normally it's very full and itchy during the winter months where I live with my usual type of shampoo and conditioner at first the conditioner make my fine hair greasy but after a couple weeks that went away as well now I'm completely hooked. When used together rather than separate they work so much better as well delivering exactly what my scalp and hair needed I'm so happy!

It gets such good reviews but I find it doesn't really do much for my hair. And it's difficult to squeeze out.

I bought this 10 days ago and just could not get myself to like it. I tried! Feels gross in hair and also doesn't feel like it washes out completely despite rinsing a ton. Leaves a heavy greasy feel to hair. Had to return and would not recommend.

I have used the conditioner for years. Recently I have noticed it is a different formula or it has been watered down. Absolutely awful. My hair is now dry and I have to use a detaingler now. I want the old formula back. PLEASE!!!!!
