Lots of pencils
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered these for my daughter that loves to draw. The pack has lots of pencils to last a long time. The pencils work great and the lead doesn't break easily. They came in a convenient carry box to carry them in. Huge success for the aspiring artists.

Sharp and Smooth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lead is smooth and writes nice and dark. Love these for school and work! Very good eraser on top. Inexpensive enough to be disposable, or you can refill. Recommend it for daily use and even for tests. Great product.

Didn't like the color of the pencil barrel. Quality doesn't seem like it is as good as I remember these pencils.

I have used this product faithfully for more than 25 yrs., but recent purchases of this product has left me disappointed. The quality of the lead has changed %26 no longer gives me a smooth writing/printing feel. In addition, the lead now produces a much lighter appearance, which I don't like. Sad to see such a great product change after so many years of success.

WHY DOES THE LEAD BOUNCE?! This is the worst mechanical pencil I've ever used! Ever! If you have sensory issues do not buy this! To be honest, Walmart shoppers substituted this without consulting my choices! I chose pen gear - Walmart shoppers chose this atrocity! THE LEAD SHOULD NOT BOUNCE!

These are usually my favorite mechanical pencils, but this time the lead is very faint. Disappointed in the change.

I Won't Be Fooled Again
Paper Mate pens with the perfect %232 lead and perfect red soft eraser has totally disappeared and a disgusting fake so-called look alike pencil has kept its name. What a loss overall for Paper Mate and customers. None of the other similar pencils ever had the quality of the Paper Mate. I won't be fooled again.

They have completely changed the quality of these pencils. I'm a musician and these were my go to for many years. These new ones are made of cheap plastic, break easily, and the internal components malfunction.
