I love my walking treadmill. It was recommended to me by my uncle-in-law. I like that it is small in size and not the size of a twin bed like my sisters. I have had total knee replacements on both knees and this is excellent exercise and rehab for the knees and overall health. I exercise in the cool of my home anytime of the day throughout the day. I don't have to worry about mosquitoes, rain or anything else that could keep me from walking. I watch TV while I walk. It is not a loud treadmill so the TV can be at normal volume and does not bother anyone else in the room. Once you use it a couple of times, you know what to do and how to use the walking treadmill to your benefit. If you are extremely light in weight you might could run on it but I don't think it is made for running hence the name, walking treadmill.
This is a great Treadmill and at a great price. I had it "ship to store" and was very surprised how small the box was..It will fit in your trunk or back seat easily. SpaceSaver for sure. It is in no way a huge treadmill like most. You will be surprised at how little space it takes. It is very sturdy.. I think the only thing i would have liked was a Water bottle holder, but that is easy enough to fix and no Big deal to me. This treadmill was easy to put together, most of it was already together..Basically pull it out of the box. It is not fancy at all and easy to use for anyone.. It is quiet enough, no more sound than any other treadmill even at the gym I go to. It is not heavy at all, it does have rollers , so that is a plus. Folds up nicely and has locking mechanism also.. I love it!! Highly Recommend this Treadmill..I get a great workout..
I just bought this piece of equipment a few weeks ago and I LOVE IT !!!! I use it twice daily and burn calories like crazy, I have already lost 3 pds within the first couple of weeks since I've had it. I would recommend this Treadmill to ALL my friends.
We don't have a big place. We needed something smaller but electric & movable so could take it out of dining room & put in bedroom when had company. This is perfect. Came quickly, right to the door, easy to set up. LOVE the place for remote, phone or water bottle. Also reasonable priced !!!
I haven't used it much yet but it was delivered really fast. So fast in fact I wasn't ready for it. It had to lean against the wall for a few days while I moved things to make room for it and well now Christmas is in a few days.... Oh well I'm ready for the new year LOL. My son who is 6 foot tall took one look at it and said oh it's so cute a treadmill for dwarves! It is perfect for me I'm 5'1. He did eventually try it and had to shorten his stride just a little but it will work for him when the weather is bad. It is a bit smaller than the last one I had, the one he killed running on it. This one only does 4 MPH so that should help prevent that. And it claims holds up to 350 pounds so that should help with the sturdiness, I'm no where near that but if I'm not careful I could be, darn carbs. It looks good and I think it will be perfect for walking and watching shows.
I am very pleased with this... have had it for a week and have used it every day. This was marketed as a "walking treadmill" but after reading all the reviews that said it was sturdy enough to run, I got it. I run at max speed (which is only 4 mph) but am getting the exercise I had hoped for. Definitely needed help getting this home, I live in a second story walkup, but with 2 people it was not difficult. Well worth the money paid for this. If I had paid attention to the max speed being 4 mph, I may have spent a little more to get a treadmill that would have gone faster, but for now, this is a great piece of equipment and I recommend it.
I've only had this treadmill for 2 weeks, so can't speak to the durability of it. I read the reviews here and on Amazon, and decided to take a chance. I needed one that was smaller as I live in a small place. The instructions for assembling it were confusing, but a call to tech support set me straight and I was up and running (well, actually walking) in about 30 minutes. The treadmill is fairly quiet and runs very smoothly. The extended arms are good for someone of my age, as I like the extra security, but they are wide enough apart that I can still swing my arms. The walking platform is long enough for me (5'4"), but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over about 5'8". I occasionally still hit the back roller with my feet when walking fast. The downside is no incline adjustment, which I knew when I purchased it, but figured I can put a board under the front if the walking becomes too easy. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase, but am keeping the box "just in case" since Walmart has a generous 90 day return policy.
This is a good machine, and very easy to set up. My only complaint is that the tread is to narrow. It should be 3 or 4 inches wider. if you are thin to begin with this will not be a problem but as I am fat and trying to loose weight I feel somewhat constricted on this machine.
We bought this for my mom (79 and an active walker) myself (46 and overweight) and my teen gaughter in mind. We all wanted a way to be active in the wet winter months. We each love this machine for different reasons. My mom likes that it's easy to use- just push a button and it starts. Not a technically difficult machine. She gets a great workout and it's quiet. My daughter and my mom are both 5 foot3 and the smaller length of the deck works great for them. My daughter can walk/jog at the fastest speed easily. I love that this unit can handle weights over 300 lbs. it's easy to move around and folds easily. It's small and sits at the end of my couch. It runs smoothly and quietly. I can workout early in the morning and not wake up my kids. My only disappointment is that the water bottle holder is not very deep at all. The box that it came in is large and heavy- we had to take it out of the box to get it up the stairs. But it was easy to put together.
It is really a nice treadmill and it's not very huge. The assembly was not so difficult as the instructions were very clear. You might need another person's help when assembling. As I live in an apartment and there is space constraint, it really fits to my need. This is the treadmill I was looking for as I needed it for walking/fast walking. It makes some noise from the treadmill belt as I believe this is the same with other treadmills as well. Cost effective one.
