Even doe it says is a ointment in the display box is really white cream. But yet work's well i have seen the difference and is smooth.

I use this diaper cream with every diaper change because my son is very fair and gets red with each change. I actually like the smell of the diaper cream it smells just like the purple maximum strength desitin. The price is wonderful and works just like the real desitin. Highly recommend.

40% zinc...that's all you need to know this is the stuff. My daughter has crazy sensitive skin and gets a rash easily. We tried everything out there and most just made it worse... doctor told up to get highest zinc % thar we could find. Tried this and her horrible rash cleared up fast!!! And we been using it ever since! There are other 40% ointments out there but 3 or 4 times the price!! That's crazy!!! The walmart brand is 40% and is only a few cents more but I never tried it so I have no idea how it works. I don't see how anything can work better than this stuff. Also.. I am convinced that this brand used to be sold at Aldi under thier baby products name (the packaging is exactly the same except the brand name) but not sold there anymore. And , in reference to the negative reviews.... Yes, I'd does smell bad! Maybe cause the zinc amount?? But I wash my hands good after and I don't notice the smell on the baby. I'd rather deal with the inconvenience of the smell than have my daughter deal with the pain of an ouchy behind.

Used to be a great product when I had my first. Went and bought three tubes to stock up but to my disappointment they changed the formula and I cant stand the strong smell of it. I returned all three tubes and bought another brand.
