I purchases this item to use after my hemorrhoid surgery I essentially used it as a portable bidet. Anyone that needs this postpartum or after surgical needs I highly recommend it, especially with the recent findings of Frida baby brand. This is definitely a great alternative. I bought this upside-down cleansing bottle to help with washing and rinsing my daughter's surgical incision on her tailbone. It provides a gentle spray of water instead of a hard, direct stream, which you get from other water bottle cleansers. I know it's listed as for postpartum care, but it's also great for other uses.

Unscented, easy to use, looks like the ones from the hospital but they do not hold the cold as well. I noticed mine started to lose the cold within 15 minutes. A good tip is once you have popped it, put a bit of water on it and shake it again, it will get colder for a tiny bit longer.
