I purchases this item to use after my hemorrhoid surgery I essentially used it as a portable bidet. Anyone that needs this postpartum or after surgical needs I highly recommend it, especially with the recent findings of Frida baby brand. This is definitely a great alternative. i got this before i was scheduled to have a c section to deliver my twin babies. I heard the hospital didnt give an angled peri bottle, and this proved true. I was so glad I ordered this bottle! The silicone makes it easy to hold, it is also easy to refill, and the nozzle fits down inside which is brilliant. It even comes with a travel-friendly drawstring bag! The nozzle provides a gentle stream rather than a rough spraying on delicate parts. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this for postpartum care.

I bought this upside-down cleansing bottle to help with washing and rinsing my daughter's surgical incision on her tailbone. It provides a gentle spray of water instead of a hard, direct stream, which you get from other water bottle cleansers. I know it's listed as for postpartum care, but it's also great for other uses.

Unscented, easy to use, looks like the ones from the hospital but they do not hold the cold as well. I noticed mine started to lose the cold within 15 minutes. A good tip is once you have popped it, put a bit of water on it and shake it again, it will get colder for a tiny bit longer. It's a good price and it gets the job done, just not as much relief as the hospital ones. Absorbs well and has a fair sticky strip on the back as well. Don't forget to buy bactrim
