Amazing alternative to that OTHER brand
I purchases this item to use after my hemorrhoid surgery I essentially used it as a portable bidet. Anyone that needs this postpartum or after surgical needs I highly recommend it, especially with the recent findings of Frida baby brand. This is definitely a great alternative. It's also cheaper highly recommend.

Portable, but not for travel.
Be mindful before purchase that this peri bottle is technically portable, but it is not a travel-friendly item. If you get this bottle, you will have to fill it with water and empty the excess water each time as opposed to being able to close it with the remaining water still in the bottle and reusing that water again until it needs a refill.

It works, but it also leaks.
The ring in mine detaches constantly and I'm sure that contributes to the leakage. I have to tilt it sideways and pump it repeatedly to completely empty the remaining water into the toilet or it will leak onto my clothes or the floor.
