Omg! the flavors are so authentic! So easy to prepare and it's done in the microwave 1 minute. I really enjoyed the authentic flavor and I even tried a few other dishes that they have in a bowl. It has a good size portion! It's a good lunch or a dinner. Sit down and enjoy! Take my word, it does not have a package meal taste, it really taste like I just made it from scratch! These were super easy to make, so I like those types of meals already. But this has great flavor too! So it hits all the spots for me. Wow - the directions did not lie! Easiest lunch ever to prepare. Simply open the packets of sauce, noodles, veggies and sesame seeds - mix well and pop it in the micro for exactly 60 seconds. No more! The timing is perfect and it cooks up well. Stir a little to blend all and it is ready to eat. The portion is great for lunch, maybe even dinner. There is no meat in this variety, but honestly, it is not missed. The ginger/soy flavor is authentic and I would definitely buy some more of these to keep on hand at work. I received the Passage to Asia Soy and Ginger Noodle Bowl for my honest review. This is the first time I had tried the Soy and Ginger Noodle Bowl, and I was surprised with how delicious it is. This is such a great product because this is shelf stable so it need no refrigeration, and it is so easy to prepare. All of the ingredients are in the kit and it only take 60 seconds in the microwave, then it is ready to eat. I love food like this but they usually have MSG which makes me sick, this has NO MSG!!! I love that because I can enjoy a great tasting meal without feeling sick. This is also vegetarian plus no artificial colors or flavors!! This is great for the lunchbox or pantry for a delicious meal!!

This noodle bowl was very easy and convenient to cook. The noodles were fresh and had great snap (not soggy at all). The sauce is heavy on the ginger. I like ginger so it didnt bother me. A bit disappointed with Soy %26amp; Ginger flavor, as it was way too sweet for my taste, but would certainly try the Peanut Satay and/or Black Pepper noodle bowls in the future.
