I’ll admit, I was very nervous after reading that folks were missing parts or cushions. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Not only were the cushions inside of the arm rests, but there was a specific way to put everything together in order for it all to fit perfectly. It took about 30 minutes to assemble by myself (even with the mistakes). Great value and comfy.

I love this couch. I didn’t realize how big my old couch with the chaise was. It makes my living room look so much bigger. I love the look. I love the fabric. For those who said the cushions slide off…… did you not notice the protective rayon strips that were covering the Velcro strips on the seat cushions and arm pillows? Keep them, it makes laundering much easier. I really appreciate the space under the couch because the cats like it. The way it is constructed underneath, my cats no longer attack the underside racing on their backs. If you have cats, you’ll understand. I also appreciate how much longer the zippers are on the cushions. They are so easy to take off and put back on.

It's very comfortable! Delivery was smooth. Arrived as expected. Assembly was under an hour, 1 person, that includes unboxing %26 unwrapping pieces. Really straight forward. I'm very happy with my sofa.

If your on a budget this is absolutely worth it. So comfy and again $200?! Can’t beat it. Took 20 mins to assemble and came within a few days. I bought two because I have a new puppy and a baby due any day and didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg on something to get ruined. Absolutely worth the money. It is a little short but you can always swap the legs out.

The sofa is a great color. It’s super comfortable, even to sleep on.. It’s easy to put together. Overall it is a great sofa. Our one disappointed is that the back cushions are so thin that they are already curling over on themselves. If they had a bit more bulk they would retain shape. Right now they are always on the brink of falling forward because of the curve. It is a great value for the price, especially if you don’t mind flipping the back pillow every day to prevent the sofa from looking sloppy.

I read in another review that the buyer had measured this couch and gotten less than 83". That was actually the selling point to me and when I measured, I got 78" which was great, as larger wouldn't have worked so well. I am 5'5" and can stretch out fully on this couch, which is what I wanted- this replaces a much smaller couch I couldn't curl up on. (It was 54" wide with 46" of seating space.) It's a beautiful color with very supportive cushions. I was worried about the thickness and support of them, but no reason to worry, they're great so far. The fabric is soft, attractive, but gets very warm during naps. The armrests are also soft and fluffy and zip onto the couch easily. The couch is easy to assemble, especially if you slow down and look at the instructions, which I finally did. You only need one person for it, which is a bonus! The throw pillows that come with it seem to no longer be stored inside the arms as from reviews, people weren't finding them, then complaining they weren't included. I was aware of them being stored but didn't have to worry about it as they came bagged and obviously on top of the pieces. Pull them out and fluff them up, you're good to go. I added more pillows as you'll see in the pictures, but the included ones are nice. (Please pardon the dark blue cat scratch panels on the couch, I needed them to protect from kitty claws.) I do have a couple of complaints that keep this from being five star. The biggest of these is the seat cushions that hang out a good 2 inches off the frame. The cushions are firm enough for this, but it does lend to a waterfall effect when you try to stand up and when you lay down, it does make you feel the need to really scooch toward the back so you don't roll off. I'm the type who sits straight up and doesn't like to lean back, so this works for me, but a number of people I know prefer some lean-back, so the very straight up and down couch backs might annoy some. The back cushions are ample enough for softness and support (I didn't give it 72 hours to fluff before use but it's fine), though they like to kind of sit akimbo. Overall, I really suggest this couch! The legs are extra wide and sturdy, and sit high enough, but I think I'll add another inch to them via height lifts anyway. I was thinking of replacing the legs but they're actually quite nice and thick, so I'd rather keep them. This piece may not last through generations, and I suggest not flopping hard into it where you smack against the back as the panels are just inserted into tracks, but it's very suitable for adults, or a first couch. My cat certainly likes it! She's been sitting next to me so much more often than on the previous couch, probably due to more room. So yes! Worth getting! I don't regret the purchase at all and am very happy with it!

The measurements in the description and in the photo are incorrect, real item is MUCH smaller then advertised (by several inches, not just a little) that includes the wood frame itself. Not just the cushions which may or may not grow with time once unlocked from the vacuum sealed bags. shipping seems to be an issue with this company as well, mine was delayed by a few days. Returning item in the morning.

I ordered two green couches to do a redecorating project. The whole thing was thrown off when I received one green and one grey. Did a chat with customer service and got nowhere. Reached out to the third party seller and was even more disappointed. I sent them the pictures that they asked for only for them to say that they could give me a 20% discount on the grey sofa that I did not order. I’m still waiting on a resolution. Been dealing with this for two weeks. Don’t by from this seller.

Do not purchase this couch at all. My couch arrived with a missing back cushion and the week before Christmas. I reached out to this company as well as Walmart the same day I opened the couch and saw the cushion was missing and it is now Dec. 26th 2025 and they still have not sent the missing back cushion. I have emailed this company more than 6 times just for the missing cushion and I don’t know if they’re not comprehending what is being sent to them but I’ve sent the order number, the address, as well as pictures if the couch and the screenshot of the couch I purchased as they had requested every single time. I will never purchase anything else from this company again. It shouldn’t take this long or this many emails or calls just to receive a cushion. And no it’s not inside of the other cushions as the website mentioned it’s too big to fit inside of another cushion. If I could give this company 0 stars I would 🙄 BUT overall the couch is very soft and it’s very sturdy. I just want my missing back cushion.
