Very happy with the quality and appearance. The navy is more like a dark gray. Recliner is a bit too short for my 6' husband, but perfect for me at 5'2". Heat and vibration are so so. The arms and seat pieces arrived on two different days but still earlier than expected. Good communication from the seller. They provided more accurate tracking than Walmart. Easy assembly. Highly recommend.

I, like many others, was shocked when all of the pieces didn’t come in the same box. I clearly did not read the fine print (and also the writing on the side of the box) that said it would be shipped separately. The 1st photo is what arrived the 1st day. The next photo is of it put completely together after the 2nd box arrived the next day. I bought this as a gaming chair for my husband %26 he loves it. For reference, he’s 6 ft tall. He said the heat %26 massage works great. Don’t expect a high quality, family heirloom. You get what you pay for. In this case, I feel I certainly got my moneys worth.

Absolutely impressed with this chair! It really did exceed my expectations! Incredibly comfortable! Super easy to put together! Definitely have to turn the chair upside down to get all access to all pieces and the instructions to put it together. It literally took me five minutes to put together! It took me longer to get the chair out of the box that it did they put it together. No tools required. I had to open the top and the bottom of the box and push the chair through the back to get it out. Incredibly soft to the touch and looks super expensive! I have 1000% recommend this recliner! Not to mention incredibly fast shipping!

I love the look of this recliner. It's comfortable and the accessories on it the heat the massage is amazing so well worth the money I spent got my dream.

I ordered this from Walmart sold by Bonzy, and the shipping alone was impressive, it arrived a full week ahead of schedule and was delivered right to my front door which immediately signaled I made the right purchase. The packaging was secure and well thought out, and the unpacking instructions were printed on the box. Setup was simple from the start. I attached the back and bolsters in about five minutes, honestly it took me longer to remove the old chair and vacuum the spot than it did to get this one ready. Once in place it looks great and feels like a real upgrade. It is super comfortable without looking like one of those oversized bulky loungers that take over the whole room. The reclining mechanism is smooth and easy to use without needing a lot of force, and the cup holders are one of those simple features that end up being more useful than expected. It is also easy to reposition if needed, which makes a difference when moving furniture around. Overall it has that balance of comfort, function, and style that fits into everyday life really well.

I am super happy with the purchase overall. it is the material I wanted, the size I wanted, and design I wanted. also, was very easy to put together and arrived on time. overall a great buy for $400 (I purchased the loveseat). I got this on "clearance" but I should note I would hesitate paying more for it. why I couldn't give it 5 stars: - the recliner is kind of stiff. I have to really push back to get it to fully recline. this is disappointing for me. if it does happen to break in over time, I'll update my review. - there is a huge gap in the middle and it was hard to combine the two pieces. I will be making something to fill the gap.

Love the ease of putting chair together. Love functions but the chair will not recline. I have contacted seller several times who sent me a video but the chair I received doesn’t have a transformer. So I asked if I received the correct chair but haven’t gotten a response. Seller was quick to answer first email but after I asked if I received correct chair no response. I am returning. Thanks

I bought this recliner because I have a situation with my legs. I bought it in April and the heater started to not function, the massage setting stopped working as well and now the handle to recline the chair has also broke which was the main reason I bought it in the first place. I have tried to contact them about this and they never got back to me. I would not recommend at all for anyone to buy this, do not waste your money!

The entire lower half of the recliner was missing from the delivery box. I contacted FedEx, who informed me that the seller only shipped one box. The seller only shipped the upper half/ back of the recliner. I attempted to contact the seller, but there is no way to do so. I have to read reviews, and I would not recommend this to anyone in my family.
