I, like many others, was shocked when all of the pieces didn’t come in the same box. I clearly did not read the fine print (and also the writing on the side of the box) that said it would be shipped separately. The 1st photo is what arrived the 1st day. The next photo is of it put completely together after the 2nd box arrived the next day. I bought this as a gaming chair for my husband %26 he loves it. For reference, he’s 6 ft tall. He said the heat %26 massage works great. Don’t expect a high quality, family heirloom. You get what you pay for. In this case, I feel I certainly got my moneys worth.

Arrived different days but earlier than expected. Good communication from the seller. They provided more accurate tracking than Walmart. Easy assembly. Highly recommend.

I did not pay full price I got it on Black Friday for less than 200 dollars. Its comfortable and pretty heat works great and vibration is top notch. Its definitely more of a woman's chair would not recommend if you're 6 foot.

Absolutely impressed with this chair! It really did exceed my expectations! Incredibly comfortable! Super easy to put together! Definitely have to turn the chair upside down to get all access to all pieces and the instructions to put it together. It literally took me five minutes to put together! It took me longer to get the chair out of the box that it did they put it together. No tools required. I had to open the top and the bottom of the box and push the chair through the back to get it out. Incredibly soft to the touch and looks super expensive! I have 1000% recommend this recliner! Not to mention incredibly fast shipping!

I love the look of this recliner. It's comfortable and the accessories on it the heat the massage is amazing so well worth the money I spent got my dream.

The color is pretty. Assembly is easy. Its mostly comfortable, a bit firm, especially in the armrests but overall not bad. The massage feature is just a low or high intensity vibration, so it doesn't give you a good massage but its not completely horrible either. Its soothing in a way but doesn't really feel like a massage, if that makes sense! I wouldn't call the furniture high quality but im also excited about having something I can actually lounge on. Im 5'4, so anyone taller your feet will hang over the footrest!! I also purchased the matching love seat and assembled everything by myself.

Love the ease of putting chair together. Love functions but the chair will not recline. I have contacted seller several times who sent me a video but the chair I received doesn’t have a transformer. So I asked if I received the correct chair but haven’t gotten a response. Seller was quick to answer first email but after I asked if I received correct chair no response. I am returning. Thanks

I bought this recliner because I have a situation with my legs. I bought it in April and the heater started to not function, the massage setting stopped working as well and now the handle to recline the chair has also broke which was the main reason I bought it in the first place. I have tried to contact them about this and they never got back to me. I would not recommend at all for anyone to buy this, do not waste your money!

The entire lower half of the recliner was missing from the delivery box. I contacted FedEx, who informed me that the seller only shipped one box. The seller only shipped the upper half/ back of the recliner. I attempted to contact the seller, but there is no way to do so. I have to read reviews, and I would not recommend this to anyone in my family.
