Large Chair Assembly

Guy came a bit late but completed the task in good time %26 he was polite. I used the assembly service because the first futon I bought was a disaster assembly so I returned it and bought the one I have now %26 didn't want to hassle with a potentially aggravating assembly.

Dresser feels like it was made for a doll-house. The material feels very light and frail. Not sturdy at all. It is really low height. This is more for a children's room. Drawers are frail too. Do not add too much weight on it. The electric outlet is very convenient though.

Do not purchase items from Walmart Marketplace, as these items are often not eligible for return or replacement. In my case, the situation was worsened by the assembly service—the assigned service pro caused additional damage during assembly. I also reported the issue to Angi, and the only response offered was an apology. This resulted in a total loss and an expensive lesson learned.

the person they sent could not even read English did not even finish putting anything together it took him 2 hours to put two drawers together that were put together wrong also left pieces all over the room and he walked out of my house as he said he doesn't get paid past 2 hours he played on his phone and just had no idea what he was doing he had no reason being on that site and being sent to somebody's house to help them. especially someone who is disabled as I am even my daughter friend fixed his mistake but he broke pieces causing the whole thing to be trash.Also Vanity is super small for like 5 year olds its nothing like picture

The dresser is amazing. I put it together myself. Very high quality, HOWEVER, I thought it was being delivered assembled. I didn't know anything about Angie. They had emailed me an appointment without even calling to see if I was available. The person called me on the appointment date and said he'd be here shortly. He never showed up and again, just happened to look at my emails and one said they had cancelled me and the other had made an appointment for that same day hours earlier. I have been going back and forth between Walmart and Angie trying to get my $246 assembly fee for the three items I ordered from Walmart. Love the product, but I would never deal with Angie and I will never order furniture from Walmart again. Now I have to send back the 2 chests I ordered because I'm not up to assembling them. Also, it says right on the box “2 person lift heavy item” and fedex left it downstairs (3 boxes) I had to “walk” the boxes to the elevator and walk them to my apartment. So between fedex and Angie, this was a HORRIBLE experience.

This Angi was not successful for us. We paid $79 extra to have a tv stand assembled. Which, we are in our 70's and thought it would come assembled. I learned that wasn't the case so after 2 failed attempts of rescheduling - on THEIR part - we cancelled %26 our son-in-law put it together for us. Angi left a bitter taste in my mouth.

item not assembled, and Angi hasnt reached out to me. i was told from a Walmart customer service to call Angi and to see if they have my information. i wanted a refund but was told i can't get one because Angi already has my money. the money i didn't authorize with Angi.

I received a message with a person assembling the chair, but it arrived today in new, in a box. I was expecting a phone call , a message if there was a problem , not a refusal of a refund for. an installation that never occured. the picture they sent me from Angi, was a LIE. My chair is unassembled in a sealed box. I am extremely disappointed. sad shopper

Sofa uncomfortable, I didn't use Angi, because my assemble appointment rescheduled twice and I was not satisfied that I canceled the service cause it too long for someone to come out to assemble the sofa. Sofa looked much softer in the picture, it's too hard and I'd like to return the sofa for something better

Delivery rescheduled 3 times. Paid for pro install with Walmart's partnership with Angie's and could not get it built same day of delivery, so I built it myself. Canceled the pro install but still billed for it. Contacted Walmart support and they redirected me back to Angie. Bad partnership, Walmart.
