I love this fireplace so much that I bought another for my niece and my brother. It’s warm romantic and cozy whether you’re heating or just want the romantic look! It’s a game changer!

I didn’t want it for the heat as I’ shipped it to Jamaica , but that beautiful lighting with a glass of wine on a rainy night is just what I wanted it for !!

It was very beautiful when we installed it. It looks so nice. I was a little concerned on what we were getting, but it turned out to be exactly what we needed. It’s gorgeous.

I love the appearance of the fireplace. I love that i can change to crystals. The fireplace look so elegant and it really brings out my living room. Thinking about getting one for my bedroom.

It was easy to install on wall. Looks great especially at night and the heat output is pretty good. The remote is a wonderful addition.

fireplace has great lighting options. 5 ft long so great size. Heat only comea out of one section so im not sure it will heat 400 sqft;however, you can feel the warmth.

I love the look, it goes in the wall but can also hang on wall, comes with fake logs or gems and you have several colors for gems and flames. You can set to turn off and adjust temp. It's quiet, also a plus. Real easy to hang and not heavy. It blows warm heat as soon as you turn it on. Wish it got a little warmer but other than that, I'm very happy with it

I want to return this item and no one contacted me after I completed the returned requirement.

I am giving this one star because my item came broken to pieces although it’s probably not the seller fault but the way fed ex handled my package. However it had beeen 48 hrs I have not heard back from the seller to get a replacement or refund. I’m only asking for a replacement. Upon opening the box there was glass everywhere so I could not take it out the box to see the extent of the damage.

Only the fireplace came with it no remote no instructions no screws for hanging just the fireplace and they’re telling me that it’s nonrefundable and I bought a warranty
