It's okay...
The product itself is okay. The smell is a bit strong and can leave hair a little dry. As for packaging/shipping, while the bottle was wrapped in plastic, the top was not nor was it taped down. Therefore, it was partially opened, and some of the shampoo had leaked out into the box.

Did not like that I had to buy such a large size again I transferred to a Poland spring water bottle to make it easier to use
