Wrong item shipped
Shipped the wrong item. Will not order online again from Walmart. From the dryer shipped and missing to this item charged for a lesser item. Will not order from Walmart for the time being. Thanks

My review for this is, I have n idea how the product works because I didn't receive it with my order for pick up, still was charged no sign of it and 4 other items. Walmart has done nothing to help, what a fraudulent company.

I did not receive the item from Paul Mitchell as pictured very, very disappointed and will not make this purchase again. When you put a picture on the Internet with an item for sale and don't send an item but a substitute your customer is very disappointed.

Unhappy
I ordered Paul Mitchelle Tea tree shampoo and was given some knock-off called "Teatree Spevisl" by Teatree! No price change??? Will not use this service again!!!

The product was fine, but I did order the wrong one. Packaging was appropriate for the shipment and the return was easy.

The seller sent me a bottle from 2019, before they changed the packaging….disgusting and smells like expired product

This is the best shampoo I have ever used in 30 years. Nice aroma, thick consistency so not much is needed, and the results are very nice. The tea tree oil keeps any flaking away, and the emollients make my hair feel soft, thick, and manageable. Well worth the price!

Works fine, but you may need more moisture
Not the greatest conditioner I've ever used, but it pairs well with the shampoo. For people with very hard water or dry hair (like me) you may want to alternate in a deep conditioner 2-3x a week depending on your needs.

Great product
This product does wonders for my hair. No itchy scalp and a nice fragrance. The price was right too. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
