I have fine, thin hair and this shampoo gives me some volume. Also doesn't strip the color.

Cleanses Beautifully
It cleans thoroughly and does not damage my hair, even when using it everyday. This shampoo helps with body and shine, plus it has a mild, pleasing fragrance, not overwhelming. I have never had a problem with breakage or color fading. My hair has always felt very soft and silky.

Just Okay.
It just doesn't feel like your hair is super clean after you lather it up. It's takes quite a bit to get a good lather as well.

It's gentle for sure and leaves hair soft. However I would've liked a little scent with some lathering. This one didn't later and I had to use a lot of product.

Not a real PM products! Cheap imitation!
I've bought this many times on Amazon. This is not the same product. Paul Mitchell products are amazing, but apparently this is some cheap knockoff.

Sticky Tape All Over Product
The tape the seller applied to the bottle of the product was so sticky it left a heavy glue residue all over the bottle. The residue was not easy to remove. I know they applied it to the protect to avoid spillage but the tape used was awful. A good alternative for the seller is a tape called The Gripper. It leaves no residue when removed. I bought this tape for traveling and it works great.
