I use the shampoo, the majority of the time that I washed my hair. I love the smell of the lavender and mint. It gives a tingle to your scalp from the mint, which is great because I feel like my hair and my scalp are getting clean. I have used this shampoo for over five years and I plan on continuing to.

I have used this for years. I usually buy the gallon size and refill my bottle at home and at work, last time I bought the liter for home. I noticed it is considerably thicker and my hair immediately felt stripped and overly washed. I have also noticed my hair feeling dryer. I'm not sure what you guys did different Paul Mitchell, but I'm not loving it and I'm going to be really sad if I have to quit using my favorite shampoo because of the change. I also recommend the shampoo to most of my clients and I'm sure they will be very disappointed with the change as well.
