I have bought this product again and again . . .
I have used this product for over 20 years and absolutely love it. I recommend it to everyone. It is the best shampoo I have ever used AND you can actually use it as a body wash as well.

I never got this product! And asked for assistance several times I kept getting the same answer that the product was not eligible for a refund or for you to submit a new one the address that the box was sent to clearly is not my address. I'm very disappointed at the way. everyone is handling this not everybody has a fortune they can spend, but my daughter really wanted this shampoo and conditioner and we never got it.

TERRIBLE DESIGN NOT 4 ARTHRITIC HANDS, UGLY COLOR
Terrible new design! Whoever is in charge of design, this is a big fat Fail! Do you even think about how easy the original lid was to open vs this new, flat ugly bottle, for arthritic hands, this is terrible! I spend so much on my P.M. hair products! And who wants ugly brown, I'm going for ethetics as well, sitting here on my shelf and in my shower! 😤

The product in the new bottle has changed!
I have been using The Conditioner (leave-in) for about 20 years. It has worked well on my curly, sometimes frizzy hair. The new Classic in the tan bottle is not the same product! Hair not cooperating.

Smells awful, very heavy, nothing of what it promises This was so bad that I was questioning if I'd gotten a dud/counterfeit, but nope, this is it. Very disappointed.
