I have bought this product again and again . . .
I have used this product for over 20 years and absolutely love it. I recommend it to everyone. It is the best shampoo I have ever used AND you can actually use it as a body wash as well.

I never got this product! And asked for assistance several times I kept getting the same answer that the product was not eligible for a refund or for you to submit a new one the address that the box was sent to clearly is not my address. I'm very disappointed at the way. everyone is handling this not everybody has a fortune they can spend, but my daughter really wanted this shampoo and conditioner and we never got it.

Stopped using after years of use
I hsve used this products for 30 yrs and stopped using it in 2025. They changed the product and it is now thinner in consistency and makes my hair feel greasy. I feel that they have cheapened the product to save money.
