I have thin, fine hair and I absolutely love this shampoo! After I rinse, my hair feels clean! I have tried many different shampoos and I think this one is the best!!

Product makes your hair frenzy
It said it was for fine hair. I used it and my hair was a horrible mess. It was so frezzy that even after drying and combing it was still frezzy. I did used a conditioner and it did not help

Very unhappy with the change in formula
I feel incredibly betrayed by the "same great performance" claim on the rebranded bottles. The performance of the new formula is decidedly worse. I have loyally used this shampoo for over 20 years. But it can't keep my greasy scalp under control anymore. Increased price for inferior product. Very disappointed. Bring back the old formula. It would at least be worth the price.

Long time user - won't buy again
I have used Shampoo One for literally decades. The new formula sux. I have short hair and I can't get a lather no matter how I try. My scalp doesn't feel clean after shampooing. Why mess around with a winner, guys!?!
