border Collie lab, keeps this chewer busy for about an hour or 2. he's an extremely aggressive chewer, breaks down a cow femur in a few hours. i like these for him but do not give him another until he poos the next day. not rawhide. i also feed him less on the days he gets one.. nutritious. he chews good and long. if you're dog swallows big pieces and /or doesn't have good teeth than this isn't a good choice .

I have a 1 yr old Dalmatian and a 9 yr old lab/pit mix. These keep them chewing for a few good hours and they're good for them. We order them regularly and they LOVE them!

My dog wasn't as interested in these as she is with bully sticks. This collagen chew will last a LOT longer than a bully stick though. She was barely able to get the tip of it gone in hours and a bully stick would've been gone by that time. So I like that it lasts a long time however she gives up on it easily. This doesn't smell bad like the bully sticks though so that's good news.

My 80 lb lab likes these. They don't last as long as the bully sticks I used to buy but they will do. My dog is happy to get one when offered and will either chew them in a day or he will chew most of it and carry the rest around for a few days. We have tried several others that he won't even chew on or accept so this is a good brand for him. They are also easy to digest. I'm happy to have found them.

The first few batches I received the collagens was rolled up in several layers. This last package I received there was only one layer of collagen and he ate it up in about an hour

I give my dog, 6 month old Standard poodle, collagen sticks, she gets a satisfying long chew as she gnaws the ends, then I take it away at about 3 or 4 inches so it won't be a choking hazard. 3 minutes in, and this was sharp, splintering, spikes. The photos do not show how hard the spikes are, as opposed to being flexible. One photo is a comparison to a collagen stick, which becomes soft and gnawable instead of needle-like shards that break off. I'll be checking her eliminations carefully for blood. You're looking at this product because you love your dog. These are not worth the risk. Stick to collagen sticks that are not mixed with bully pizzle.

DANGEROUS‼️ My dog loved chewing these. Problem came when I noticed all the sharp shards(felt like glass) all over floor from him crunching it. These can tear holes in dog 🚨INTESTINES OR STOMACH 🚨 very upsetting when you give your dog something that they can enjoy, but also kill them. Or a large Vet bill if you notice a change in your dog, and vet finds the issue before too late. I'm shocked that this product has such high reviews, when so dangerous. Many dog owners may not realize the damage they can cause. Please if you do continue to give your dogs these. Watch over dog closely, incase your dog crunches it into what feels like 🚨Glass Shards🚨 We all love our pets like family. Just trying to prevent serious injury and suffering.

I felt these were dangerous to my dog after hearing her shatter this into pieces. The pieces were sharp so I would recommend watching your dog closely. If your dog is like mine, and barely chews before swallowing, then don't buy these. I threw it in the garbage.

These are inconsistent in quality. Original purchase from store a few months ago included pliable, long lasting chew. Online purchase were brittle and splintering. Definitely a cause for safety. Will contact company also to report.

Previously bought these off Amazon last year and now they are completely different. Brittle, crunchy and disappeared within 15 minutes. Last order resembled a rawhide consistency that lasted more than an hour. Not sure if it is a bad batch but definitely not a long lasting chew anymore and a little concerned on safety of sharp pieces. Will be contacting company.
