I love the fact this bookbag has plenty of pockets, the only real problem I have is the scraps keep coming loose and the back hook handle broke.

Bought in August. It is only October, and the right strap has already broken. 1 laptop and its cord, 1 notebook, 1 shirt, 2 pens, a couple of loose sheets, and a bottle of water. That's all it was used to carry, give, or take a couple of sheets of paper. Plastic tore right at the seems of the strap.
