Recommended for sure!
I have purchased 2 of these now and the only reason I eneded up getting another is because my kids and I have a tendency to knock the remote onto the tile floor and after 150 times of that the buttons finally broke. I honestly think that this remote is the best I've owned so far and this is like my 5th different brand of remote for the Switch. I blew the sticks out playing Rocket League on all of em, but this one seems to hold up to my hard thumbing. So yeah, totes recommend. Also if you really care that much about it glowing in the dark just know that it does not glow easily but if you take a flashlight to it and trace the mushies you will then get the glow for about 3 minutes...lol.

Good controller for the price,
It's a good controller however one complaint real bulky for younger players. After doing further research on better cheaper alternative controllers, I found a controller that was a pro wireless for only $22 that lights up and way slimmer it has a battery life of 16 hours and charges in 2 and I've used it for about three months. Best controller ever. so just look around before you purchase.

Durable but wired
Pretty durable for the price and you can change the shell on top for others. So it can be used with other similar controllers. My son loves the glow I. The dark feature.

piece of trash. you get what you pay for
stopped working 2 months out. insurance refuses to cover it unless i take this $20 remote and pay out of pocket to have it repaired. it's well over the cost of the remote to have it repaired, plus travel time. not worth it. buy a better remote.

did not realize it wont actually connect to the switch! seems to be for a pc instead because the plug is usb a not usb c ...
