So far using this product is been amazing. I didn't even expect it to work as good as it does. It was a plug-in plane in my computer. I didn't need to download anything at all. I am new to using the controller with my computer and I thought for sure there would be some sort of downloading, but no, not at all. Simply plugged it in in the way I went. It immediately tapped the buttons to the controller easy gaming immediately.

Great head set wish it was a little clearer but overall works great. Also wish it was wireless but again great iteams for Xbox one.

It's great I just wish the headset is more comfortable and there was an option for a longer cord but overall the quality is good and works great!! The cord is very long but my living room is big so the distance is a problem.

I'm unsure if I read incorrectly or not but the headphones are Really small! Thankfully my 6 year old son got them. The colors are nice the sound is good when it works. The A button sticks really bad. I was not satisfied with the purchase but my son loves them so. . he can keep them idk if I could buy any more turtles. :( they used to be my favorite.

I have tried to contact the manufacture. The item got damaged and even I have a plan protection they say it is still covered by the manufacture, they did not response an email sent. Because this, I have not been able to file a claim. Can someone contact me? Thanks 4422481562

Controller literally stopped working! It has had connection issues since the first day I purchased it and today it has stopped functioning all together less than two months since purchasing. The mic was trash since the first day I used it. Friends could barely hear me online. I knew this was a budget controller and mic but this makes no sense. I need to get a refund or something.

Shows on the box that it comes with a 1 month game pass, but the box we received did not have that on there. False advertisement, and too much money for such a cheaply made item.

very cheap material. the cords suck. only been about a month and it's already not wanting to work consistently. just giving me a headache. should have purchased from Target

DO NOT BUY!!!! I brought for my sons Christmas %26%26 the headphones make a load as noise as soon as you plug them into the controller! It's sad they are cheap made they just sock!!! And the controller feel fake just sad my son has no other controller so he don't want me to send this one he doesn't wanna go with out a controller so yeah $60 wasted somebody sent these back because it was already open and they re-sold them
