Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controller With USB-C Cable for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, and PC - Carbon Black

We don't have an Xbox, but we use this for Steam and GOG games on PC. Some games are just easier to navigate with a controller. It's pretty much just plug and play on Windows 10 and 11. It's comfortable to hold and it has a nice weight. If you're close enough to your PC, you can just connect it with a USB C, you don't need batteries too. If you're farther away, two AA batteries will work. I can't say much about the battery life since we usually plug it in. And we remove the batteries and place them in a tray on our TV stand when we don't need them and we've been on those same batteries since we got the controller five months ago.

It was fast and reliably delivered on time. Not in front of the door but near the elements on a hot summer day in sweltering Florida was my only gripe. It was good and new. Fast and furious. Few errors I had with fewer hang ups, this product was a favorite for me.

The tape was easily removed from the box as if it were just placed back on after opening. Also per the photo this is how the cable was beneath the controller. Just thrown in there. I will keep the controller for now though, as it seems to be working.

I bought the product and decide to return it because the button stick my local store does not have the exact same product in stock and I also can't find it online anymore during the return. I did not receive my two-year warranty back. I have no clue what to do.

Controller works great I've always loved Xbox controller's and they way they feel. This one unfortunately developed stick drift in the right thumb stick within 3 months that was so bad I already had to purchase a new controller. The controller I got with my day one series x is still holding up better than one that's practically brand new.

Just like the other reviewers have said, the controller came used and opened. The cord just thrown in the box, unwrapped. This controller was definitely used. We bought this twice, and both times received used opened items Im returning this, again, and buying one directly from Microsoft

I received the remote the same day that I ordered it, which was great, but when I opened the box I noticed that unlike other remotes that I purchased for both PS and Xbox, the cord that came with it was just thrown in the box under the remote (not wrapped or tied up in the space it should be in). The remote did not have the usual protective plastic, I noticed fingerprints as if it had been handled before, there was a scratch on the right side and in the crease/space (where the front and back pieces of the remote meet) there was some filth or gunk so I don't believe I received a new remote. Customer support submitted a replacement order for me, but they need to receive the remote before they can ship a new one out which is inconvenient for me. I was just gonna drive to Walmart and do an exchange but since I ordered it online they told me I had to do it this way. When I get the replacement, I will review the product as long as I do get a new one.

you spend a bunch for an original microsoft wireless cotroller, almost 60 bux, %26 they dont include the rechargeable battery? %26 it's no where in the description.. my son tore open the box so i can't just return it.. TOTAL RIPOFF.

A couple of buttons on the controller never worked out of the box. I synced the controller to multiple devices to make sure it was the controller not responding. The controller was discounted($45) at the time of purchase but completely useless.

Purchased this controller this summer and already it has severe stick drift...and with microsoft's/xbox's horrid warranty being a paltry 90 days, I'll just have to write it off as a loss and learn from it. Ridiculous.
