This is the perfect tractor for my son who just turned 4. He loves it, it's great quality and power for the price. We also have the green John deer tractor for my other son who is now 6 and that one is still in great shape too after 3 years. Great brand and quality all around. My boys have hours of fun with these tractors. Any issues customer service has always been super helpful and accommodating. Very very happy.
it's a good 12v ride on. it's also a good alternative to the now very expensive john Deere ground force one. this works just a well. it takes the same battery as the john deere one. my little guy (now 3) loves it. the slow 1st gear is good for little ones just starting out while the 2nd gear is even better once they get the hang of it. we have very uneven and hilly property, the standard 8aH battery lasts just over an hour house. they take forever to charge so make sure you get a second if you need to replace an old battery, any rechargeable sealed lead acid battery will work, you just have to remove the battery cover to get access to the battery itself. overall, I would recommend. it's a good toy.
Granddaughter loves her "red tractor". It's well made and works as it should. The battery charger is slow but not too bad. She has spent many hours driving around the property pulling her trailer full of Barbies and dinosaurs.
Bought this for my grandson who is 20 months old...I know it says 3 to 7 years but he is so crazy for tractors that he is just so happy to sit and steer it while I operate the peddles. He just needs to grow another 1/2 inch and then he can operate it on his own. He loves it!! I put it together myself and it took me 2 hours from start to finish, probably would have been done sooner but all the directions was to follow the pictures. Putting the wagon wheels on was the hardest due to my not understanding the picture. What ever happened to written instructions in English!! I am completely satisfied and I would not hesitate to order again. FYI, my grandson used this tractor in the house for now due to the weather this time of year.
This was a birthday present for my 2 year old. we live on a 17 acre farm and he loves riding the tractor with his daddy. I was a little worried at first when we ordered it thinking it might be too bid for a 2 year old, but it is perfect. It has a governor on it to keep it at the slow speed. It turns really easily, it doesn't get stuck in the grass or gravel or holes in the yard. It is well built and is tough. I wouldn't waist your money on the less expensive power wheels. Having 2 speeds, reverse, and the ability to run on grass/field and gravel is worth the money. And a 2 years old, he is driving circles around all of us. This was a great purchase.
Very easy to assemble. It is also a lot lighter to pick up and move around than what I expected. Our 2 year old can push it or ride it anywhere he wants, but hasn't acquired the coordination to use reverse yet. In order to reverse you have to hold the lever down, steer, and use the peddle. Needless to say that's when he gets off the tractor and pushes it.
12 volt battery included is only 7 ah (too small) and only good for about an hour. I had to order a replacement from you. Funny how the replacement only comes in 12 ah and fits in the battery box correctly. It is the one that should have came with it originally. Other manufacturers like Power wheels ( which we own also) do not do this to their customers.
The instructions leave a lot to be desired. They seem to be a generic instructions not model specific. Not super high quality. Some things don't line up and are warped.
Such junk though we would buy the case version since it was still made by peg pergo stuff broke on it day one. Kids only ride it on grass and there are holes in tires within a month. The hood cover broke day one in both of them, terrible design. Our John Deere version of the peg pergo lasted over 10 years. Don't buy spend the extra money on the John Deere
This tractor is total junk. The whole thing fell apart within a couple months. Tires completely worn out, the body fell apart, and now it won't even run. Don't waste your it money on this junk.
