Definitely ⅓ Cut!
These are exactly as advertised: Manila folders, tabs cut ⅓ the width of the top edge, and there are precisely 100 in the box. I mean, talk about truth in advertising! Wow! And they hold papers too! These made me so organized I was able to fire my assistant. Highly recommended.

My problem is with the company that sent it not the item. I ordered two boxes of manilla files but only received one. When I went to Walmart to ask issue to be resolved, I was told the company doesn't allow Walmart to resolve issues. I would have to call the company and see if they would send the second box or refund the money for the box. Walmart said they could not guarantee the company would resolve issue.
