I use one each year as a "year in a box" for paperwork. I write my own tabs on the right side h file away anything I don't burn. I use a note nook pocket or file it calendar to go with it for all my receipts for the month. Keeps things neat, organized %26 more importantly findable. I do keep medical %26 legal in their own files. Hangs out in the safe.

These are not as pictured! There are 3 tabs on each pocket and they are not rounded but sharp corners, which make filing things irritating on hands!
