Wow , pin in gear , sixteen sheet crosscut shredder is the bomb! It's efficient, does c d s and the cleanup is phenomenal, you just pour everything into a trash bag and outside goes.I recommend this product especially to those who have a lot of papers or those who clean out closets from old paperwork.You don't need it anymore.Try it.I think you really will enjoy it, Diana

Plug and use as expected. Only assemble caster/wheels to base, simple. I liked the trash drawer which to me is it's highlight. How long will it last? Who knows, my last smaller shredder lasted over a decade with occasional usage, I expect this shredder to last just as long.

I DECIDED TO TAKE MINE TO THE OFFICE FOR ITS TRIAL, IN ORDER TO KEEP CREDIT CARDS AND PERSONAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION SAFE. IT OFFERS UP TO 3 MINS OF CONTINUOUS RUN TIME, WITH A EXTREMELY SHORT COOL DOWN PERIOD. I LITERALLY JUST WALKED AWAY FOR A MIN, CAME BACK AND IT WAS DONE. IT HAS A OVERHEAT INDICATOR WHICH LETS YOU KNOW WHEN ITS SAFE TO CONTINUE. I HAVE PUT CREDIT CARDS THROUGH WITH A BREEZE. DONT WANT TO WASTE TIME REMOVING STAPLES AND PAPER CLIPS, HAVE NO FEAR AS THIS SHREDDER CAN ACTUALLY DO IT. IM SO IMPRESSED. ITS SO CUTE AND EASY TO CLEAN AS WELL AS MAINTAIN. IT HAS A 4 GALLON TRASH BIN THAT YOU JUST PULL OUT FOR FAST AND EASY REMOVAL. YOU DONT EVEN HAVE TO STOP WALKING AS YOU DO IT, JUST KEEP GOING. ENJOY SHREDDING 10 PAGES AT ONCE. WE WILL BE INVESTING IN 3 MORE OF THESE, FOR EACH DEPARTMENT.

This machine is incredible. It is not lighweight, so plan on rolling it from place to place. Hopefully, find a spot where you can leave it. It is very high quality through and through. And man, does it shred. It's not fast, it's not slow. But it doesn't get bogged down either. I can put entire unopened letters in it with no problem. My old machine I had to open the letter and feed about four sheets at a time. This is a huge time saver. I can put 10-12 sheets of stapled documents at the same time, with no problems. And the shredded paper is so small, it's unbelievable. Highly recommended

This cross-cut shredder provides peace of mind when it comes to the disposal of confidential documents. It was extremely easy to setup and the wheels provide added mobility. It shredded our documents and credit cards with speed and ease. It's a but noisy, especially when shredding credit cards, but that's to be expected from the power it puts out. I really like that there is an "overheat" alert to protect the motor and the 4-gallon bin slides in and out fairly easily for disposal. Overall I am extremely pleased with this product and highly recommend it.

I have a family do 4 so we get a lot of mail and the teenagers are constantly being home paper. This shredder makes it easy to just shred the paper before we put it in the garbage can. I had a lot of old tax papers and a whole cabinet to get through so I tester this shredder out well as soon as it arrived. Since it can shred up cards easy I don't have to worry about cutting up old cards before I throw them away, it can even shred CDs. It's on wheels so it can be moved easy because it is too heavy to carry around.

I've been waiting for this to try it out. It took a while to get because of the virus and shiping. Well it came yesterday and I was able to put it together today and try it out. It says 10 sheets max, so I had a stack about 1” high of Financial papers that I had been waiting to shred. So I separated them in stacks from 1 to 10 pages each. I started at one page and buy the time I got to 6 sheets I could tell that it was starting work just a little harder. At 8 pages i could tell it was slowing down but at 10 pages there wasn't much difference in the sound. I have used other shredders that were larger but this one does a good job. I finished the papers a few at a time as fast as I could put them in and never had a problem at all so I would definitely give it 2 thumbs up. On the bad side if you call it bad is where you put in the paper it could be just a little wider. It's just a little wider than a sheet of paper so you have to line up the paper just right. One of the best thing's I liked about it is you can put a plastic grocery store bag in it and catch all the clippings in it. Oh by the way the clippings are approximately 1 inch long by about 1/8 inch wide. I received this to write a review.

The Shredder is SMALLER than advertised and the crosscut shredding picks up and transfers a LOT OF STATIC ELECTRICITY to the confetti residue in the residue bin - and when it is emptied, the residue either sticks to the body of the bin/shredder or flies all over the area around the shredder - making a total mess! CURRENTLY LOOKING for a larger and less hassle type of crosscut shredder.

I was shredding papers for the first time with this paper shredder that says it will do eight sheets at a time. It bound up after five sheets. It took me over an hour to get it going again. Now I only do two or three sheets at a time. I paid $40 for this paper shredder. It is the biggest waste of money. The $15 one I had before worked way better than this one -wish I would have kept it. Please take my advice and look for a different machine if you would like to be able to shred more than a few papers at a time.

Arrived without wheels... and very flimsy... should have paid more attention to 1 and 2 star reviews... but Walmart was very good about returning it.. I called Pen Gear to see if they could send me the casters but they said no, I would have to return it... so I did.. on the plus side, I sprayed some WD silicone I had on the cutters of my old one and its seems to be better.... maybe dont need a new one after all! hint... sprayed a piece of paper and ran it through...did that several times.
