These acrylic file holders are great for organizing craft supplies, vinyl scraps. i just wish the handles were open on the short side rather than the longer sides for easier handling and/or easier lifting. Great for all storage needs. Perfect for hanging file folders!

I bought these so that I could see what was inside. I love the clear file containers because I have decorative papers in there and I like being able to see the colors.

I ordered 4 of the Pen Gear Acrylic Hanging Portable File Organizer for $6.41, one had a crack and another a break. Walmart refunded my money for the bad ones. When I when in to replace them amd saw they were marked down to $4.00, I ordered six thinking even if half of them were unusable it would still be a great buy (the same file containers are on Amazon under a different name and the cheapest is $19.99). They came and all six are in perfect condition. I am a Bee ( a visual, detailed organizer) and these file organizers are perfect for me. They look wonderful with clear hanging files in them and I can use one for each filing category. Eight File (8) Categories: 1. Home: mortgage, insurance, property taxes, utilities, alarm company, pool, work done, Appliance size information for disposible parts (like filters), receipts and manuals for major purchases etc. 2. Auto: leases, claims, insurance, work done, information etc. 3. Finances: credit card and banking, investments, pensions, etc. 4. Taxes: current year and last 7 years 5. Important Documents: Marriage licence, wills, life insurance documents, Birth Certificate, Divorce Decree etc. 6. Health: benefits coverage, insurance information, claims, Medial and vacination records etc. 7. Personal: a file for personal items/information, for education, for work and a file for vacation information etc. 8. Properties: purchase and sale information for current and prior homes. I may even use one to file recipes. If I end up not use all of them for filing, they will work as storage containers as well. I could not be more pleased with my purchase!

Great product very handy for desktop. I think even you can put it on the wall I thought about using it for a charging station to put my tablet and phone in when charging maybe putting it on the wall good price too.

Excellent file organization for at about 6 hanging file folders on my table desk. Just what I needed and wanted!

I use this not with hanging files but with two-pocket folders. I'd been keeping a stack of folders on my desk, and I could never find the one I needed. I could probably improve my organization by making tabs for the folders. But for now I'm happy that the folders are corralled so they aren't spread across the whole surface! The box seems sturdy, and the clear plastic goes in any office. I got it on sale, and the price was right.

I purchased this item in order to organize my desk and all the paperwork I have. It is good in size and holds my various folders, paperwork, and a few notebooks. It makes my desk area look neat. Now, I will say that this item is not made of the sturdiest material. The material feels a bit thin, as if I could break it somehow. It came in tact and perfect but I have somehow managed already to get a crack on the bottom lower corner area. I still like it and would buy another one.

FANTASTIC PRICE! The plastic isn't as thick as others, so I cant speak to their sturdiness, but they are exactly what I needed now, and as I bought 2, they saved me more than $30!

the side are a little flimsy but I got it at a discount price so I'm okay with it. I order 2, one came crack. i haven't use it yet long enough.

Good idea however the plastic case is too flimsy and lacks structure. The edges are very sharp as noted in other reviews. There is too much flex in the plastic walls and I suspect they will crack, break, or fail with minimal use and pose a risk for injury. I purchased these organizers to simply hold magazines stored upright in my bookshelf. The wood shelf now has some scratches made from the sharp edges/corners of the plastic. I recommend looking further for an organizer with smoothed-over edges, one that is made from a thicker grade of plastic, and one that has more structure; it will be worth the small additional cost.
