I use only mechanical pencils, not pens, in my personal and professiona life. I maintain a busy daily planner and this Pen %26 Gear mechanical pencil set is an excellent value. Complete with replacement pencil leads and storage bag, it is helpful and convenient and practical to me everyday. The pencil point is always precise and sharp, good eraser, with a streamlined professional but pretty appearance. Will definitely purchase again.

But the best part is the affordable price! The metallic rose gold color and gold accents are eye catching. The eraser is also under a gold cap, which feels more expensive, and the eraser cap stays on well. When I took the mechanical pencils out of the packaging they had a nice comfortable weight to them, which helps them write smoothly. I also noticed how durable the lead is, holding strong even when I put more pressure on while writing. There is also refillable erasers and lead which comes with the two pencils. Overall, this is an ideal mechanical pencil for someone who loves to write- especially in a cute way!

These are esthetically beautiful, but the lead breaks very easily.
