I ordered two gallons opf motor oil to be delivered to my home. It seems that the bag with the two gallon containers of oil was not handled properly and both the bags and plastic container were compromised, resulting in oil leaking onto the floor by the entrance of the house causing my wife almos lossing her balance as a result on the sippery surface. Since she did not know what was in the bag, she took it inside the house, causing the oil to drip onto the carpet inside the house. All due to careless handling by all or some of the employees who touch this order.

The Pennzoil is great oil, I highly recommend it for price and function. I would however like to recommend that Walmart pack it differently for shipping. I received my 2 pieces of 5 quart jugs in a large box. The jugs were both individually packed in sealed plastic bags. But there was not much other packing to keep the jugs upright and they both fell on their sides in the box. A large amount of oil leaked out of the jugs and containment bags. Enough oil leaked out to soak the outer cardboard box. I was highly disappointed when I received this oily box. When I unpacked the oil the first thing I had to do was clean up the oil mess. When I checked the lids on the jugs I noticed they were not very tight either. I imagine these boxes get tossed around quite a bit in shipping. A little extra packing and better fitting boxes would go a long way to ensure a leak proof shipment.

when I ordered this before the oil had tape over the lids but this time it had no tape and oil had leaked into the box. you may want to go back to your original packing.
