seller shipped a loose FL-2121-B12 filter bouncing around the shipping box without any Motorcraft box and with a paper sticker with the FL-500S model number slapped on top of the OEM label to hide the shell hand. Wrong part with a sham relabeling attempt, from a bulk pack they are piecing out to rip people off. I won't order car parts from Walmart third party sellers again. Waste of time and money.

you sent me the wrong filter. the filter wouldn't even screw onto the oil adapter. part numbers are critical. employees must know what they are doing in each department.
