Pentel Pentel Arts Aquash Water Brush Set, Fine, Medium, Bold Points, 3/pkg

I bought these to use when I am traveling. Watercolor seems to be easy for me to "take along" when I am going out of town and these water brushes are going to be great. I'm also going to have to be sitting in a hospital waiting room and I thought these would be nice to have to use along with my watercolor journal. I was surprised at how easy they are to use and clean. All you have to do is wipe on a paper towel or tissue and it doesn't wet towel or tissue to the point of only being able to using it a couple of times like it sometimes is when you are rinsing your regular watercolor brushes. I think they would also work well with watercolor pencils. I paint a lot of greeting cards and small pictures and these work well for that and also a travel journal. I don't think I would use them for doing a larger painting, but then I haven't tried that yet so who knows. The price is right and you get 3 sizes. It takes a little practice, but not much to get the hang of it. I like the different sizes too and they all have a great point.

Using these water brushes to blend water based ink markers. Works great and doesn't leak like some of them do. Would buy again.

I love these brushes. They are much easier to use than messing with ordinary brushes. They are easy to clean by wiping on a paper towel and moving on to another color. Also bought a package for my great-granddaughter for Christmas along with paints and paper. Buy them. You will like them.

This is the first time I have worked with water colors and I am just loving this pen. To me, it is a no mess and on the go coloring. I have even used it in my adult coloring books.

Just tried out these puppies yesterday & they are amazing. I was skeptical about these at the beginning since I've always used brushes with natural bristles but never ones with artificial ones , but once I used these and saw that they actually spring back after pressure on the paper, i was pleasantly surprised. I am very happy with my Aquash brushes.

I've sen tutorials using these water brushes and wanted to try them. They work exactly as the tutorials show.

Bought these for blending fine detail colored water pencils drawings but the water runs out way too fast
