I just got them and tested it on a picture...THEY ARE SO PRETTY! These paints will add glitter to any picture! I would totally recommend.

These are fun. The pallette area is well for water. You add water and swish a little until the mica floats to the top of the well and paint with the floating mica. There isnt a lot of color, so I use it over painted projects for embellishment. I would buy this again. I recommend allowing your paints to dry before putting away.

The shimmer looks great, but the paint itself is just a thin layer. I used it twice and it is already showing the bottom. The way the paints were filled makes it seem full, but it barely has much to use.

These paints are pretty. They are very light on white paper. I haven't tried them on black paper yet. Shipping was very fast. The reason for only 3 stars is that there is VERY LITTLE paint in the pans. About 1/16th of an inch! Seriously. I would only use them as accents over other colors. Though they are beautiful colors, they are not worth their price! I won't be buying them again unless I see them for a lot cheaper price! I recommend looking for a better price before buying these. I'll put an update after I try them on black paper.

These paints are very beautiful, but like another reviewer mentioned, there is hardly any paint in each pan. Enough to coat bottom. Will not buy again.
