These are a lifesaver, especailly for the time the Gaviscon effectivity runs out. 12 hours is great 👍 👌 😌

I take this Pepcid 20mg once a day at night for nighttime reflux from chronic GERD. It has helped me the most of all medicines I tried for this problem. I don't ever go without it because it helps me not burn my esophagus. It can be taken twice a day, if needed, and sometimes I do take it in the morning, but at night is usually enough. Highly recommend this medicine for heartburn and reflux.

I don't use OTC heartburn medicine everyday but I keep it on hand because I never know when I might need it... and if I need it it's always at bedtime!

I went to ER with extremely high blood pressure, pressure iny chest, and nauseous, all test came back heart was fine so they gave me pepcid and maalox and with in a few minutes it started going down. I have no history of heartburn, indigestion, or reflux so didn't know and this was such relief all the way around. I keep it at home now and in case anything like this happens again it will be first go to.

This is the ONLY thing that works for my acid reflux. I take 1 before bed every night and have zero problems. If I eat something spicy or pasta w red sauce, pizza etc... for dinner I will take 2 before bed and it works perfect. The only one that works for me. Neither prevacid, prilosec or nexium work as well as this does for acid reflux.

I was delighted to find Pepcid available online from Wal-Mart. This product gives immediate relief for acid stomach, reflux, and indigestion. I have chronic acid reflux and stomach problems. They not always controlled by Prevacid or Prilosec, which are 24-hour products. Pepcid is short term and provides prompt relief for sudden upsets. I recommend it as a good value and a product that really works.

My acid reflux was raging the last couple of days and I did not get any real relief from the Pepcid. I usually take 1 Pantoprazole 40 mg. I need to refill the prescription tomorrow 🙏🙏

Didn't try the product, returned due to fact it takes 1-2 hours to start working. Also, I have acid reflux often and became concerned about the possible side effects of used often. I should have read the product info before buying.

I was having heavy acid reflux, but despite the side effects I still took it. It did give me like it says in the package, pain going down my arm. That is scary!
