Better than Plain Pepto if you have SIBO
I like that it rids your microbiome of small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. That is required before you consume prebiotics which can make SIBO worse. “In people with SIBO, prebiotics can aggravate the gut since they feed all bacteria including the overgrowth.”

Winner for me!
Pepto Diarrhea has become the only medicine I trust for putting a Stop to diarrhea! I have tried other popular brands %26 they had little effect on controlling diarrhea caused from food poisoning or other factors. Works fast. Worth the expense. I recommend it.

Good
my husband gets sulfur burps and this is the only pepto that helps. ( has to be the pepto that say coats and kill the bacteria that causes diarrhea). i hate we cant find in the store anymore.

Definitely works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came down with a stomach bug, and I am so glad that I had these pills to help me. You can take a dose once every 30 minutes. My symptoms were relieved, but I could tell as soon as the 30 minutes were up. There's no bad taste, and they're easy swallow. Thumbs up.

Works as Needed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't typically like to take too much medicine for minor things, but sometimes you got places to be. I wasn't feeling all that great and had some of these in the medicine cabinet. Was going to have a busy day and couldn't deal with an "issues" so popped one of these and it worked as intended.

Good ol Pepto
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't need this stuff often but when I do Pepto Bismol is the only product I will trust to help me out. Consistent, easy to take, and works quickly. I pretty much always have some on hand in my medicine cabinet.
