The vertical jump trainer allows you to do quite a few different exercises. It is a very nice piece of exercise equipment.

Real results
Saw a major improvement in a week just better bounce and doing lower body workouts with the Juml trainer is great as well very durable I'm in the 6'2 range but my brother is 5'10 and the resistance is great for him to a great buy for the price YOULL see results.

Not made for kids or short people
Only if ur over 6 feet will u benefit from this. I'm 5'7 and the bands barely resisted.
