Haven’t gotten to use the item yet, but I do like the ripped sides, definitely a better option than some of the cheaper ones.

A little disappointed with this gun, came in with the tube carrier bent up, with the piston running the bottom of that carrier. tried to bend it down, and was really not able to much without possibly kinking it, it isn't that it doesn't work but this will cause the tube piston to be canted when in operation which will cause and already has tube contents to spill out the back into the vacated part of the tube and getting on the piston of the gun, probably just a poorly but together gun or damaged in transit although the box didn't look that bad. one other thing handle or trigger if you would is designed more for large hands, probably to give more flow off of one pull, but with medium to small hands it's a bit of a stretch.

100 PERCENT PIECE OF CHEAP TRASH!!! Squeezed handle 2 times, and the ratcheting mechanism stripped. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK!! Found a much better one at my local hardware store, at half the price! "Performance Tool", more like Performance TRASH!
