Permatex Black Silicone Adhesive Sealant - 75150

This product was easy to use and provided a nice seal that bonded the upper and lower case of my washing machines transmission. IOW, the oil did not leak or seep out, which was the goal.

I have used this sealant for years on most everything that needs to not leak. It bonds quickly and is easy to apply. I always carry an extra tube in my tool box.

Great for sealing RV fixtures on exterior.

Liked that it has a plastic applicator that screws onto the end of the tube. It is rather thick so you need a good size opening for the sealant to apply it with. It was easy to smooth out and I used painters tape to keep a clean edge on the rear car window seal area when I was done applying the sealant. It dried in 24 hrs and I might add a second coating in the future. The small plastic applicator is only usable for one application so my suggestions would be to have the product come with 2 or 3 plastic applicators. The bond appears good and much improved over the previous sealant.

If they fix my shoes, I'll be pleased.

Wah Wah! Although it works, once you expel about 1/3 of the tube it becomes very difficult to squeeze the remaining contents out. It may be an intentional attempt to sell more tubes; but, I see room for improvement. I'll try a different product before purchasing this again.

This item was delivered from the local store! Before ordering on-line I walked all over the store looking for it. Why couldn't I find it in the store?! I'm not happy. I paid a delivery fee.
