Permatex Right Stuff Black 90 Minute

As the name says, this is the right stuff. I was always an Ultra Black for the past 30 years until my son turned me on to this stuff. It hasn't let me down.

I needed this quick, and I needed something that would work. They delivered it to me within a couple hours, and it worked great! I would recommend this product 100%. It does exactly what it says it will. I used it to seal my transmission pan, and it did the job.

Got this to finish up a timing chain job so I could seal the gasket as manual instructed to do. Even filled in a missing part of the oil pan gasket with this stuff and may have layed it on a little thin but once everything was pressed together it held. Timing is better and after one hour for the stuff to get tacky then 90 minutes later for it to set (compared to 24 hrs) I was able to add oil and coolant and had zero leaks. Product works as it should and does so quickly.

Seems to be the right stuff for a new gasket on a transmission.

it works great. different consistency that normal silicone. cures somewhat harder.

I used it for a 2nd Gen Toyota Tacoma Bottom oil pan gasket. It applied easy and dried hard. No more drip.

Was hoping for the red high temp but they delivered this and it had been working on a Briggs engine head gasket and oil pan gasket great

I would purchase again. But after I opened it, and saw that half of it was solid. It did no good to put the cap back on it. The rest of the tube was already cured, and hardened. I just used it to fill bad spots in the gasket.
