YES! These work on older Ryobi's
Wasn't sure this would work with old Ryobi's. Orange batteries would drive 3 screws and die. Shelf life was 2 days and they would be dead.Didn't want to buy new drill but decided to try these lithium batteries and if they didn't work on old drill, I'd just get new drill. Well they work just great and I've driven dozens of screws into hard wood and no loss of battery power. Guy at home depot told me these batteries wouldn't work on older tools . guess he wanted me to buy all new tools.

1 out of the 2 batteries worked. 50%, I guess, is not bad, but both batteries should have worked. The charger itself works perfectly. Overall, 2 to 3 stars.

Not compatible with Ryobi air blower
The batteries do not work with the original ryobi tool. My mom got an air blower of the Brand Ryobi, the original battery does work but these batteries do not.
