Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum & Mop, Sonic Mopping, Matrix Clean, LiDAR Home Mapping, RV2400WD

I already owed the Shark AI VacMop. We got 2 new puppies. I have 2 floors, so I needed another mop. This one is fantastic! The spot clean setting called, "Matrix Clean" is awesome! Every spot in the 10'x10' square is cleaned twice. The mop spins 360° clockwise, then 360° counterclockwise. Yesterday was rainy, so I had muddy puppy prints EVERYWHERE. As you can see in the picture, the muddy prints are gone.

It vacuums really good. Mop function is percent for everyday mopping inbetween a more thorough hand mopping. If you have pets, especially dogs, this is a must. It has made such a difference for me. I had it in the box for a month before finally trying and sad i didn't use it sooner. My dog sheds and with her coming in and out from outside this has really helped keep things clean all while I'm working. Only thing i would change would be to have an easy snap out filter so it would make it easier to clean the filter. The way this one is built, it is screwed in place. I would def buy again. And have already recommended to friends. I did not get paid to write this. Just trying to help someone out if they are on the fence. It's helped me a lot.

Putting the robot together was simple and easy. For the price it's the best thing for my family with 2 children. I have hardwood floors all through my house and my house is a nice size. I'm so glad I made this purchase and would encourage ours to do the same..

We have had to replace our shark matrix twice now. The same problem keeps happening the the clip that holds the dustpan to the vacuum keeps popping off. Quality of plastic is just not good having it for only 30 days both times in 3 to 4 uses. This has been a repetitive problem.

Loved! Loved! Loved it…until it the mopping function stopped working. Did all the troubleshooting, this and that, etc to fix it and still doesn't work. It worked great for the first month than went kaput. So I'm back at pushing that good ole' trusty manual mop around again 😒

The brush broke when I accidentally went over the bed rail, and it didn't come with an extra brush. Additionally, it doesn't mop very well consistently. I originally bought this Shark model because I had a good experience with my older one, but in hindsight, it wasn't worth the purchase.

This worked amazing when received. Then about a month in, it didn't want to clean rooms it was directed to and couldn't find the base (that hadn't moved since installation). I have to “spot clean” every part of every room and pick it up and put it back at its base station. Today I went to remove the dust bin and the release button snapped off and the spring flew out. Complete garbage. Absolute waste of money. Not what I expect from shark.

I got this home and it stopped working within a month. I try to bring it back to Walmart and y'all told me y'all could not take it so I contacted the people that I'm paying it through. I'm on my last payment and I am very unhappy I've had this you know maybe three months or so and it's still just sitting in the box.
