My birds love these beds and they're such a good price- they may chew on the ropes a little bit sometimes, so maybe consider a different hanging mechanism that would be great!

My cocktail likes to snuggle somewhere when he sleeps. It has a decent amount of room even then. He uses it to play hide and seek as well as go to sleep at night.

If I were to review this product based on my experience it would be terrible BUT that is my fault. When I ordered this I did not pay attention to the size requirements....small to medium bird. I got it for an African Gray parrot and he is just too big. However, I have a friend with a pair of Parakeets. It took them a few days to adjust to something new in the cage but now they love it. I have seen them both inside it and they seem to be pleased with the cage addition.

It took some getting used to, but one of them will sleep in it. I have 2 cockatiels and only one will go in it. Great product. I love the print on the outer fabric, very tropical! The inner fabric is very soft. There are no loose strings that your bird can get their toenails stuck on. I don't think it has cardboard under the material, it seems like something very hard under the fabric. so that will make washing it easy.

I just got a Pet Champion Cozy Bungalow that folds together and hangs nicely in the birdcage for our parakeet. The carabineers loop easily at the two ends and form a triangle which the bird can sit in and be comfy. It hangs easily and is strong enough not to fall down. It seems to be a plastic board surrounded by soft fleece material making it easy to clean. The parakeet sits in it I think when she needs to be alone or hide from the cat. I am sure in the winter it will help keep her warm. So far, the fleece has held up to her picking at it with her beak. I did pick the tropical design to brighten up the cage. I plan on getting the other designs available to switch out when I clean the one I place in the cage. Highly recommended and price just right!

I was able to easily install this Cozy Bungalow so it hangs from the top of my bird’s wire cage without taking up too much space. Once he inspected it, my bird, Roman, began using it as a hangout. So far, it’s serving him well. It would also make a nice hideout for stressed or shy birds. The bungalow is basically just made from a plastic board covered with fleece. The two hooks latch onto the top of a standard cage. Time will tell how durable it is.

I have a group of parakeets that use this and I feel very comfortable with it. I'm very picky about what I provide them, since it has to be safe. There are a ton of bird toys and houses that just aren't safe. This one, however, is nice and soft but not fluffy where they get their claws stuck. There is no chains they can get hung up on, and there is no back so it does not stimulate nesting behavior (Which I don't want!). I think it's great! Easy to clean and reattach as well. Works perfect for my group.

This bird bungalow is very stiff and hard. There is absolutely zero padding inside. I knew as soon as I opened it, my bird would not like it. He is used to the snuggies that are full of soft fluff and much cozier for him. This did not even come with a second hanging piece..?? Not sure how you're supposed to hang it without all the hardware. Hard pass.
