Sturdy spike for a medium to large dog. I struggle with 30 ft line being too long or too short. I really need one for front lawn, as well as, back. The collar hook is heavy duty enough and so is the spring hook on the other end. This is my first year with the purchase. I do not know how it will store over the winter.

heavy duty cord and stake. like that it's easy to see at night. also like the rubber grip on top that makes it easier to twist. a good length for my mini-pit pup. she's gone full charge to its complete length and there's no sign of any damage at either hook end.

very good it holds my pitbull puppy. well he's more like a toddler and he's strong but I don't have no issues breaking or anything like that the screw that goes into the ground holds very well. he's even tried to bite on it it does not break or get any kinks or nicks.

Our pup is 83lbs %26 this cable is great for him. Great quality %26 gives him room to roam the entire front yard safely %26 keeps him off the street. We enjoy our pup being outdoors with us %26 safe when we are gardening or having get togethers! Great value %26 wonderful quality, I'm sure I will bring it in in the winter to prevent any rusting of the metal pieces. would 100% recommend 😃

Works perfect for my rate terrior so he can join me in my front yard while i am tending to my flowers. Back yard is fenced so no need there. It is of quality material and should last many years.

Worked great for our mini golden doodle because we have holes in our fence. The only problem is we watched a video on YouTube on how to set up. The picture on the box and the picture here shows a different set up. The YouTube video shows that the spring part should go where the stake goes not by the dog. Also because our dog is so small, under 15lbs, it worked better putting the spring by the stake. When we did the set up like the picture on the box our dog could barely walk around. The spring weighing her down and got in her way. See my picture for correct set up of how YouTube video shows.
