Excellent product to take the swelling out from the under eye bags. It does work for the bags but not for the dark circles so a little disappointing with that. It does leave a stiff film but I think that is the bag remover ingredient. Hopefully they can make it on a softer scale

product is ok. comparisons to another similar product shows an inferiority- but, the price is better. It will be used.

Sold by Walmart seller "Snap Supply Club" of Richmond TX shown on Walmart site as Peter Thomas Roth Instant Firm X Eye Temporary Eye Tightener 1 Ounce. But the boxes had labels on them with Chinese characters that translate to "eye cream" and these labels don't appear on the Walmart photos. I've use this original product for years. This just laid on top of the skin and did absolutely nothing to reduce eye bags. A waste of about $66 for 3 tubes. Sent them back (thanks for the refund) and paid for more expensive, original product from Ulta. Instant success as usual. Don't buy this, at least not from this seller. The product inside is an ineffective knockoff.

This product was open and used and disgusting

I am not sure what is in the tube, but it isn't what it reads. I have used the product for years. I know what it should look like coming out of the tube, and how it should react on my face. This looks NOTHING like it should. It's more of a moisturizer out of the tube. Does absolutely nothing. I checked the dates, which are good. Reread the packaging, which reads the product I usually buy.. I had to buy it somewhere else, which that tube looks and acts exactly as it should and expected. Was a waste of money.

This was a scam product not from the original company, from a 3rd party vendor. Cream was completely different, didn't dry. Didn't smell the same either. The authentic PTR is great, works great except for white residue. Not this scam stuff.
