Petmate Replendish Gravity Pet Waterer Water Bowl Station with Microban for Cats and Dogs, 1 Gallon, Gray

Great water dish. My dog loves it and so do I as it doesn't need filling for several days It would have been even better if the instructions included a link to where to get replacement filters.

Bought it because sometimes I’m not home to give quality care like when I am home and cats prefer good fresh water ( proven). This thing is next best to daily fresh. I like it because it’s less than a gallon and more than a week’s worth of which I would never do. Thanks Walmart. Another great thing to make life better

So the watered is a different design but is way better for cats as the old one had a smaller opening and their whiskers could hit, this was an issue for my kitty, she drinks out of this one no problem! And the fact that you can pull the handle to keep water from flowing until you have it locked in place is very nice. But the issue I am having is that I can’t find replacement filters here. If you’re going to sell the,unit you should have replacement filters! I guess I’ll have to look at Amazon…….

holds between a quart n 1/2 gallon of water. even when 'tipped over' ccan retain about a cup of water in the base. filters (sold separately) can catch Much green algae sludge even when liquid in the bottle appears Clear. can be tricky to release bottle from base or to reinsert after refilling/topping off.

I have bought several of these Petmate gravity feeders. This is not their quality. You're not getting the one pictured at all because I have it for the food and a larger one for water. This is not sturdy, not the same filter, I wonder if it's even actually Petmate . If it is and they "changed" the design then it was for the worst. This is not the quality for this brand that I've become accustomed to. The first 3 I bought were excellent quality.

The item I received is different than pictured and different than the replendish I currently have. The filter is a big ball in a basket and I can’t figure out how to open it? The dish I ordered and already have uses a flat filter. I looked on the petmate website and could not even find this item?????

The item I received is NOT this item. I was sent a different version. I specifically ordered this version because it has charcoal filters and I have another just like it. The one I got has filters but WALMART DOESNT SELL this replacement charcoal filter. I have to go buy it at PETCO. Chewy doesn’t even sell this replacement filter. I hate this one and feel like if no one sells this replacement then this is an old item that is being discontinued.

I have used the Petmate waterer that is shown on the website before and love it. However, the item received was not the same style ... maybe a newer model? The dispenser received was much bigger and the area at the top of the bowl that receives the water dispenser is not self contained ... meaning there is a cut out at the front which makes the bowl feel not as sturdy when lifted/moved - see photos. It looks like the company modified the design so I will not be purchasing the newer model. And luckily I found the older model I prefer from another vendor.

i was happy with my purchase when i first got it. assembled great. took my dog a little bit to get used to it. wouldn't touch it at first but we eventually got there. everything was great until it came time to refill it. i cannot get the bottle off no matter how i try. I'm like ok maybe i just have issues. i had 3 other people try to get the bottle off. nope. it won't come off. super unhappy as it was basically a one time use item. returning it to the store.

There were no instructions how to fix it. They gave me the wrong one or they gave me the wrong piece so I'm returning it and not ordering it again this was for my dog.
