We love these collars to keep our two big dogs safe. They have 3 acres to play on. We use the underground fence to keep them off our long driveway. This protects our dogs (especially the deaf one) from getting run over by delivery trucks or other visitors.

Nice sleek collar for my pup. Plenty of collar to adjust to my dog's neck. Good clasp. Easy to use.

Quality has gone down hill. Old collar is 3 years old and all the marking are gone. Used to have lifetime warranty. That's gone too. New collars require expensive Petsafe battery instead of the lithium CR2032. Spent a lot of money on the fence so pretty much stuck.

This collar does not seem to stand the test of time. Mine quit working for an unknown reason after about 1 year. My sisters collar did the same thing! Super frustrating. But, we replaced it because we didn't have another option. If your pup is large enough to handle the stubborn dog collar, go that route. I haven't had any issues with that collar at all!

Not sure if it's the collar or the wire, but the range is wildly inconsistent and the beeping is too danged quiet and the shock has little effect on them, even at high voltage.

it doesn't work with my unit

This collar never worked period. I have contacted you more than twice. And still no reply from you do I need to go to Amazon get get good service.

Unfortunately, the collar seems to have a delay between the warning beep and shock that lasts for a couple seconds. This is allowing my dog to go through the fence with no correction constantly. We also had the fence serviced to make sure it was working properly.
