PETSCOSSET Outdoor Cat House, Two-Story Wooden Feral Cat Shelter with Openable Roof, Escape Door

I had a feral cat adopt me…I started feeding him and he became very friendly. I wanted him to have a nice home. I plan to feed him on the 2nd floor. I found a heating mat that fits perfectly on the bottom floor. This was easy to assemble and I also glued my joints to make it stronger. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to make the world better for feral cats.

Super cute cat house, and super fast shipping. Arrived on time and assembly wasn't bad at all. Took about an hour to fully put together. The material felt cheap but once it was all done, it felt a lot more sturdy. I love it, I hope my cats love it as much as I do. I have 2 cats and i feel the size is perfect for 2 cats. True to dimensions listed!

Impressed!!The cat house was well built. The directions for assembly were so much more informative than instruction manuals I have received from Ikea.The designers of this product thought of all the little details, floors that slide out for cleaning, enough escape doors so your pet doesn't feel trapped ,viewing window for light.You can even open one side of the roof and it will stay up securely.We had a rainstorm last night and I checked this morning and no leaks. Great price!!What's not to like??

This came very well packaged and I was able to put it together by myself in about 2 hours. It said 30-60 minutes with two people and that's probably accurate since I'm not all that handy and had to study the instructions and pictures several times. I didn't have any trouble getting it put together though. It is very, very cute and I think it's sturdy enough to hold up under our covered porch. The material didn't seem super solid in individual pieces but after I got it all screwed together, it felt much sturdier. The goal was to have a place to feed the cat that the dogs or birds couldn't get to the food, and I think it's accomplishing that really well. I think we'll save enough in cat food to pay for this in a short amount of time. It has a solid swinging door at the bottom (like a tiny little doggy door), a window on the top floor with an additional swinging plastic door that goes out to a little ledge. All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase and I think it's solved our problem in a very cute way.

This is a great cat house overall. The only issue I am having is that the cats end up knocking all of the straw down from the upper level to the bottom level, and then no one wants to use the upper level because the straw is gone.

To be fair, this is just my personal opinion which others may not agree with, but I am a senior lady and this arrived from the orient DAMAGED and TWICE as huge and HEAVY as I estimated (marked 2 man lift for box) and it's going to be hard to assemble alone. It belongs outside or in a patio. The asphalt on wood roof panels are very heavy. Just saying, if that's what you like, but I would not buy it again myself.😐 Sorry.

This feral cat house did not come with insultation. I live in Colorado and it does get very cold here during the winter. So, I needed to install it. This took double the time to assemble it. The quality is okay with the main detractor being the two doors. I ended up replacing the flimsy plastic door. But overall, the house is passable. Just needed some work. I have not seen any feral cat use it yet.

House was not easy to put together holes were not lined up and the dowels were different sizes we had to cut them down to fit in holes. Over all cute house.

I bought 3 cat OUTDOOR dwellings at Sale price... none of the "advertised as outdoors" would last any length of time. 1 of the 3 is "so called insulated" with light weight carpet. If I did not have a covered patio I would return all 3. Sorry, your outdoors claim is false advertising.

When I opened the box a heavy odor of INSECTICIDE made me dizzy..There are dead bugs in and among the pieces of cat house..I won't be putting cat house together as it is TOXIC WITH INSECTICIDE which will forever be present in the wood..This is the second cathouse I have purchased that has a heavy odor off INSECTICIDE AND DEAD BUGS IN BOX..I WILL BE RETURNING CAT HOUSE AS IT IS TOXIC AND GIVES ME A HEADACHE AND NAUSEA..I CANT send a picture as I can't get near the box without getting a headache and nausea.
